Each of our 3-hour workshops starts with our Dim Sum Si-Fu introduction before you make your own dim sum. While it's steaming in our kitchen, we'll explore traditional Chinese dim sum culture together. Then we enjoy meal time with your creations! Add our dim sum buffet with traditional trolleys for full yum cha experience.

Our family workshops bring parents and kids together in our tea houses. Every session starts with our Dim Sum Si-Fu (40+ years experience) teaching everyone to make dim sum by hand. Team Building

Our restaurants are great for large groups and team-building events. Every session includes a lively MC to host fun ice breakers, followed by a hands-on Dim Sum making workshop led by our Dim Sum Si-Fu, a master chef with over 40 years of experience. Participants can chat with him, learn his craft, and enjoy a full Yum Cha meal featuring their handmade creations.
